The fifth edition of Lignum Latin America is already breaking records before it even begins. With a new, larger venue, the fair will be held for the first time at the Expotrade Convention Center in Pinhais (12 km from downtown Curitiba). The previous four editions took place at the exhibition pavilion of Parque Barigui in the capital of Paraná.

The entire exhibition area, 40% larger than the 2022 edition, has been sold out, with 165 exhibitors confirmed. A new feature for this edition is Lignum Forest, a forestry fair held within Lignum Latin America, including dynamic demonstrations.

As part of the International Wood Week, traditional events include: Wood Trade Brazil, which addresses market trends in the wood industry; Wood Protection, the South American Conference on Wood Protection Technologies; and Gis Forest, the International Workshop on Forest Geotechnologies. The technical program of SIM also includes the debut of Pinus Conecta, the Latin American Pine Meeting.
