BRASPINE APPOINTS NEW COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

One of Brazil’s leading manufacturers of pinus wood moldings, BrasPine, has announced a new commercial director. With over 20 years of experience, Vinicius Campos has taken on the role at BrasPine. The executive has built his career in leading national companies in the paper and pulp production sector. According to a statement from BrasPine: “His expertise in implementing strategies, account management, customer service, and team integration, combined with his long-term vision, will be crucial in strengthening operations in the market.”

Alongside the Mouldings and Pellets commercial team, Vinicius will continue the area’s projects, focusing on sales planning and execution, as well as customer service. As commercial director, he will play a key role in the company’s growth strategy in the coming years.

With two units in Brazil, one in Telêmaco Borba and another in Jaguariaíva, BrasPine has recently announced a new venture in Uruguay. In addition to manufacturing moldings made 100% from pinus wood, the company expanded into the forestry sector in 2020 by acquiring existing forests and land for pinus cultivation. In 2021, it began producing pellets, a renewable biofuel made from sawdust, wood shavings, and wood chips.
