Based in Ponta Grossa/PR, FEX develops solutions for the forestry sector, such as stanchions and exclusive pneumatic ratchets. The FEX stanchion is designed with a prismatic design, which provides lightness and resistance. It is adaptable to any model and brand of chassis and is built with high mechanical resistance materials. According to the company, this drastically reduces the possibility of breakage or rupture at any point due to fatigue. The FEX Stanchion design was carefully developed to accommodate the load with total safety.

Another highlight of FEX is the pneumatic ratchet. The equipment performs the heavy task of cargo containment in a practical and safe way, using only the truck’s air system; robust and prepared to withstand any working conditions. The FEX ratchet uses a single lever to activate the system, making it easy to handle. RS Florestal has been a FEX partner since 2015. Clóvis Ruchinski, director of RS Florestal, says that in all these years working with FEX, he has not needed maintenance or even repairs for the equipment. “For us, this is extremely important, including because the products are lightweight, which automatically minimizes fuel consumption in the company’s fleet, helping to reduce costs,” says Clóvis.
