The manufacturer Guararapes is set to offer an exclusive product in the national market. The Mega MDF is a panel measuring five meters in length, developed to accommodate both longitudinal and transverse cuts, and to meet the demand for special sizes of this material.

“The Mega MDF is the result of Guararapes’ continuous investment in technology, innovation, and production capacity,” explains Humberto Oliveira, Commercial and Marketing Director. The product is manufactured at the brand’s new industrial operation, inaugurated in the Caçador (SC) complex, which is considered the largest MDF plant in the Americas.

Another unprecedented innovation in the sector is the G-Door, an ultra-low-density MDF developed for use as a core material in MDF or laminated wood doors. It is ideal for replacing cardboard honeycomb or wood slats, offering greater lightness and strength.
